Return Policy

We want you and your pup to be thrilled with your purchase! To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. Once we've received and given your return a little sniff and wag of inspection, we'll shoot you a quick message to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund, applying it to your original payment method. Just remember, that a 20% return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
